Our student of the month, Heaven Lassiter, from Wissahickon High School spent last year as an outbound exchange student (sponsored by the Rotary Club of Blue Bell) to Spain. Heaven is a very composed and outstanding student who shared her experience while in Spain. Let’s just say that if I had been treated as she was, the proverbial “fur” would have been flying. We are lucky to have such an outstanding young lady in our school systems.
